Refund / Replacement Policy
At CyrionX, we are committed to ensuring that every order is delivered in proper condition. If an issue occurs during shipping or if a product arrives damaged, we will review the case and, when applicable, send a replacement shipment.
1. Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit, marked as undeliverable due to carrier error, or otherwise fails to arrive because of a shipping issue caused by UPS or another shipping carrier, please contact us. After reviewing the tracking details and shipment status, CyrionX may issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
2. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives physically damaged or in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos of the package and product in order to evaluate the issue. Once verified, CyrionX may send a replacement shipment.
3. No Traditional Refunds
As a general policy, CyrionX does not provide traditional monetary refunds for shipping-related claims or damage-related claims. In eligible cases, the resolution will typically be a replacement shipment rather than a refund.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. CyrionX is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
5. Review Process
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. CyrionX reserves the right to determine whether a shipment qualifies for replacement based on carrier tracking, delivery records, photographs, and any other relevant information.
